The Colorado State University RAMFAM Association is comprised of volunteer parents and families who serve as liaisons to Colorado State University. The Council has created sub-committees whose members play a very simple but very valuable roles in providing input to the University.
Participating on a sub-committee is easy…just take a moment to let us know your areas of interest. We’ll use this information to seek your input 3-4 times during the year, either via email or while you’re visiting campus.
The sub-committees are:
- Development and Fundraising: Assist in fundraising for the Parents Fund and Scholarships to support and enrich the lives of CSU Students
- Student Issues: Discuss important issues facing today’s college students, offer ideas and opinions about working with students dealing with these issues.
- Recruitment and Retention: Assist Admissions with parent panels, college fairs, student send offs, and phone calling to share your experiences with prospective CSU students’ families in your area.
- Programs and Services: Offer ideas and suggestions for programs and services specifically for CSU parents and families, and serve as hosts at campus events for parents and families, help develop hometown parent & family groups.
Thank you for taking the time to consider participating in a CSU RAMFAM Association Sub-Committee. Your participation will help shape the direction of future efforts of the Colorado State University RAMFAM Association.
